SMS Terms and Conditions — 4ads

1. Program name and operator

The 4ads SMS Program is operated by Casian Group LLC ("4ads", "we", "us"). These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the text messages we send under this program and supplement our general Terms and Conditions.

2. Program description

Under the 4ads SMS Program we send text messages only for transactional purposes:

• One-time verification codes to confirm that the phone number you registered belongs to you (at sign-up or when you confirm your number).
• Account notifications related to your 4ads account.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages under this program.

3. How you opt in

• By registering at https://4ads.pro and checking the separate, optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox in the sign-up form, where the messaging disclosures are shown next to the phone number field. You can create your account without checking that box, and no verification code is sent unless you check it; or
• By texting START, YES, or UNSTOP to our messaging number.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of creating an account, using the service, or purchasing any goods or services from 4ads. Accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy is separate from SMS consent: checking the SMS box is optional and is never required to create an account or use 4ads.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity (for example, one verification code when you sign up or confirm your number, plus occasional account notifications).

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, according to your mobile carrier plan. Please contact your wireless provider for questions about your text or data plan.

6. How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message you receive from us. You can also use END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you send STOP, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us under this program. If you want to join again, text START and we will resume sending messages.

8. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.

9. Privacy

Your use of the 4ads SMS Program is also governed by our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions occasionally. We will publish the current version at this URL with its date of last update.
